Camille Abbott is a native Houstonian but has proudly lived in and served the greater Austin area since 1970. For nearly four decades, Camille has assisted clients throughout Austin and the surrounding Hill Country, specializing in the luxury market. A distinguished professional, Camille is a Certified Luxury Home Marking Specialist, a GRI, and a Guild Member.
Camille has come a long way from her humble beginnings as a realtor. She started at a small firm in 1984 during the height of the Austin housing boom. Camille learned from the best, working for several prestigious boutique firms in the city and the most qualified brokers. In 2014, she transitioned to Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
Along with her decades’ worth of experience, Camille also has global and national connections, giving her clients a considerable advantage whether they’re looking for a home or selling. She treats every client as if they were her only one. She treats each person with respect and dignity and is proud that so many of her clients stem from repeat business and referrals.
Whether this is your first time or your fifth, Camille uses the same level of honesty and compassion to advocate for her clients. She acts as a guide and advocates for each buyer and seller, listening attentively to their needs to personalize the experience for them. Camille is the type of realtor that will answer the phone at any time of day to answer any question. She wants you to feel empowered to make informed decisions by understanding all of your options before deciding.
There is no better feeling than the knowledge that she has helped a family find their perfect home and hearing someone say, “we know we can count on you,” as so many clients have told her time and time again.
Outside of real estate, Camille’s other true passions in life are theater and competing on cutting horses. Camille received her BFA in theater from the University of Texas at Austin and sat on multiple boards for various theatres in the area. A past board member of the American Cutting Horse Association, Camille owns several cutting horses, which she still rides whenever she can. Her bucket list items include someday owning a racing horse and auditioning for a Broadway play!
Camille is close to her family, which includes two sons and four beautiful grandchildren. She and her husband are both avid animal lovers, and they love to travel.
Camille is the party in the transaction who helps her client make sound, educated, decisions based on reliable information and experience, and that keeps her clients not only coming back but sending others. In short, she is a problem solver and a skilled listener.
